I’ve ordered this three times. The second month is when I began to notice a difference with my sex drive bouncing back. My moods are a lot more level. I look forward to taking these. I take them either morning or night. The doctor did extensive blood work on my hormones then recommended this vitamin to help with sleep issues, low sex drive (pregnenolone helps!), and energy levels have increased because I don’t have days where I feel low mentally anymore. I didn’t want to be touched anymore. Not even a hug! Now I’m all over my husband. That statement makes it sound like a fake review. It’s truly not! Ha! It’s definitely worth the money! Give it a try. One of the best supplements for men 50 and older. This supplement changed my life. I immediately began seeing a difference in my sleep as well as my energy throughout the day.
