Five stars. I did it 2–3 times with a 30-minute break, then another 3 times and another 30-minute break — to soften the wax. After that, I used two more syringes, and the earplug came out. But then I noticed that my other ear started hearing worse, and that’s when I realized I needed to flush that one too, even though I thought it was fine before. Now I can hear colors.

This thing really blasts the wax out! My ears were completely clogged with wax but using this syringe + debrox I was able to get all the wax out. I recommend the option that comes with salt packets!

More than likely, if you have to buy this product it is because you already have an uncomfortable situation that has formed in your ear...If that is the case, you can expect to have to do this multiple days in a row. This is super easy to use. Though the instructions tell you to use a container under your ear, I found that just standing over your bathroom sink works just fine.

Works good!! I put some of the ear drops in then waited. First time I went with the syringe and it got some ear wax out. I had seen a review saying wait an hour then go back and use the ear syringe again. Wow 2nd time around it got rid more ear wax than the first time. I was amazed how stuff came out now I can hear pin drops.

Clog was softened but too large for this to be effective so I went to a doctor to unclog.

I have to admit this product is definitely amazing and for the price you can't beat it, my ears were clogged up just recently from a family vacation me being the water lover couldn't resist and my ears got clogged 4 a wk tried everything under the sun (almost) until I ordered this and it cleaned and unclogged my ears so well!! I 1000% recommend this product you will not regret it. It feels great in your ear don't be scared to get the tip in your ear and flush it you will be so glad you did it feels great and I can hear again!!!

I saw this on tik tok and purchased it in the hopes it would help some pesky tinnitus. Sadly it did absolutely nothing for me. It is also a very messy process that left my ear feeling a bit sore and abused. I wouldn't suggest this product.

My first delivery of this item was missing the product itself from the packaging. After checking my cameras, I thought maybe someone stole it, I realised it was actually delivered without thr product. So I asked for a refund. They said they would send out another one at no cost to me. That made me feel better. I was really needing this and was waiting patiently for it to arrive. Well I ended up with 2 being sent to me. Even better!!! I already used the product am I am very happy with the design and function. It is comfortable and flushes the ear with no issues at all. I love it. I recommend this particular product to anyone. Those spray bottle doo-hickies they try to push off as ear cleansers or flushers are not suitable for this kind of thing. The syringe works great with the soft contoured tip. You wont be dissapointed in this!
