Larger than I expected. Frames are very sturdy.

I have been using them every weekend for the last couple months. The bases are very well built and sturdy. The poles are light weight , but sufficient. The Flags are of good material, dry quickly when wet. All in all there has been no sign of wear on any of the items, they assemble quickly. Its been the windy season so they have been used consistently in 10 to 20 mph winds with no sign of wind damage.

As a realtor, these things get banged up/lost/stolen often so with a deal like this you get great quality at a perfect and realistic price point. Customer service and shipping speed was great and I'll be ordering from them again! A++

Quality product. No way to tie down the flag at the bottom is the only disappointment

Love the flags. They are huge and draw a lot of attention. Very easy and quick to set up and take down. I especially like the fact that they don't get wrapped up on a windy day. They will rotate around depending on which way the wind is blowing. I can say that this was a great purchase.

Total disappointment. Awful customer service from company ( not amazon but from the company who sent flags).Here are the reasons.Package arrived and?1. 12 poles were thrown loosely in a box for 3 separate flags2. none of the poles were labeled and many poles are look a likes, offering mass confusion3. instructions was a itty bitty piece of paper the size of the palm of your hand that you could not read up close.4. Instructions did not tell your how to assemble but showed you a look a lot like of the parts/poles and the flagsAlso, instructions on the itty bitty piece of paper was for two separate flags, not just the one I ordered.5. poles did not look like the instructions because the parts were not labeled and the poles looked similar in size.6. I spent an hour of my open house trying to figure out which poles attached to what pole7. When I called company for more instructions I was told the guy that work with amazon orders wasn’t there and he would call me back.8. After calling company multiple times I was told someone would contact me to and send me better instructions, I never heard from that person and I only used two flags for my open house, because it was too frustrating to continue to bother trying to figure them out. One flag was installed improperly and the other one was okay. It was too late into my open house to mess with them anymore to correct installation.SEE PICTURE. WE LABLED the poles “ ourselves” after trying to put the poles together. There are too many pole that look similar in size and when you have a bunch of 12 poles lying on the floor it is very trial some. THEY MUST BE LABLED FOR easier installation. $149.00 is not peanuts to me. I will not buy again from this company but I will buy again from AMAZON.....

One of the best purchases I have ever bought to improve visibility of my open houses. Not too expensive, but are great attention getters and sellers are always impressed as well. I would recommend any agent who is on the fence to go ahead and make the investment.

I've used other flags before but this one is my favorite. It's a heavy bottom with a sharp point that helps with dry ground. the pieces are very easy to assemble and the flag is good quality and is kind of mesh-ish so it keeps from flapping in the wind so hard. Already ready to by 3 more!
