The Product Quality is very good, The performance of AC is very nice considering the outside heat. I have got it installed in my Living area which is very large as well as ceiling height is quite higher but It quickly cools the room. Highly recommended! Installation experience could have been better, as the installation took many follow ups.

After a preliminary use of the product post installation we found the product to be a good one. The air throw was powerfull and it reached farthest corners of the room . The room of around 200 sq ft was cool very quickly. We will use it for sometime to get a long term overview of the product

I have used this product now 3 Weeks, found ok, outdoor unit have little bit noise. Cooling is ok till now.

NEVER BUY THIS AC. The person who came for installing said there is gap between the AC and the wall and the wire is not fitting well. He was in a hurry to install and left the carton on the outdoor unit. Initially the AC was not colling at all. We made multiple calls for AC repair and everytime a new technician came, he listed a new issue. Some said there is issue in PCB, then other said, there is no gas just after installing, then the third guy said product is bad, make a complaint for replacement as it is in warranty and so on. It was literally very frustrating. Also once when i called customer care, they told its for Carrier and not for Midea. Finally had to resort to Amazon to get service and issue resolved. It was torturous.

Quality is good. It works very fast you need to turn it on and need not to wait for a even 5 minutes and it starts cooling.
