As someone who truly appreciates design and style, I was very pleased with this chaise lounge. It arrived just as pictured — elegant, well-built, and a beautiful addition to my space. I had a small issue with one part, but the seller responded promptly and sent a replacement right away. Great customer service and a stylish, comfortable piece. Definitely recommend it.

Extremely comfortable
It was surprisingly easy to put together. The storage space is larger than i thought it would be. It is extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that i wish the hinges were on the other side, but that's super minor

Too small
Really liked the color and style, but chaise was smaller than expected. Arm was on wrong side for my needs, instructions were not clear.

Pretty but not design for daily use.
EDITED.... after several back and forth communication the seller did give a full refund.If you are considering purchasing this item just note that you're more than likely going to have to find someone who can basically rebuild it. I purchased it mid July it is now the first of September and it has deteriorated. It is falling apart and the legs will not stay tightened, they become loosen every time you sit on it. This product is more of a decorative item and not designed for daily use. After contacting the seller all they offered was to tell me how to put it back together however the problem is when you do put it together it does not stay together it comes apart with use. It is not very sturdy at all very much like doll furniture. And not very good quality. I was concerned when I received it but I decided to give it a chance. I have someone coming tomorrow that's going to have to add supports and try to get the legs to stay on it. All I can say is, if you are debating between this product and a similar product, go with the other one.
