Great customer service! I was contacted a day after ordering and it arrived the day after that even though not expected to come until the week after! I was so happy because I didn’t have to sleep on a mattress on the floor for a week (which as I’m sure you can imagine, is not the sort of place people purchasing bunk beds like to sleep) Looks amazing! Fits really nice in my room. When I get home I am filled with joy. Makes my room feel much bigger. I was looking for a bed that allowed me to be to high up and away from any predators but also allowed me to roll around in my sleep. I decided that a double bunk bed without the bottom bed or “double loft sleeper” was probably the ideal type of bed and this was basically the only one I could find. The instructions say easy to assemble… But may I advise to assemble this on your own? My dad helped me assemble it but would have probably gotten it done quicker on my own as we argued about everything and ended up building some of it backwards and needing to de-assemble it only to come to the conclusion we agreed with each other at the start anyway. The instructions said to glue the screws… we skipped this part. It then said to attach the bed into the wall… we also skipped this part. It then said not to forwards roll off the bed… and I wish I read that before I woke up on the floor dizzy with a throbbing pain in the back of my head. Without being attached to the wall, the bed it quite wobbly- so would highly recommend this method to adrenaline seekers. I have since put furniture under the bed though and this has immensely reduced the wobbling unfortunately :( I didn’t expect to be able to walk under the bed without crouching but I know some 6,0 giants will. I’m pretty tall myself- 5’1- and only have to tilt my head forwards a bit, so it is still a good height, just don’t expect to be able to kartwheel underneath unless you’re under 5’0. Cannot comment on whether bed can hold 2 people but if you are lucky enough to have found a partner who wants to share a bunk bed with you- I think it’s for life! Overall, great bed. Great climbing frame. Great value for money.

Great bed when finally up... However the instructions where the most rediculous thing I've EVER come across and I work in a construction environment. The allen key provided just threads instantly and so did half of the bolts. Absolute nightmare! One entire day, 3 mental breakdowns and 2 double gins later its up and never coming down.

Excellent bed however instructions can get very confusing however never used them in the end only made two mistakes with legs but corrected to be able to build. Also thankfully the bed was for my daughter as the the maximum weight for this tested is 108kg and I am 106kg screwing the slats.

I like the wood smell the bed looks great built it in 2 and a half hours easy to build great staff customers service I recommend if you want a little more space storage pc gaming space this is the bed for you.

I bought this for my son, and wanted to support British made products and companies, but honestly I could make more sense of an IKEA instruction manual!!! I tried to use the QR code but it took me to a video that was absolutely useless. It told me absolutely nothing about putting the bed together. The only way I've managed to put this bed together is because I have a background in construction, and some common sense. For the average "Joe" the instructions are absolutely ridiculous. Your videos are useless. And the Allen key supplied managed to round off the bolts, which within themselves are cheap metal. Disappointed with you, trying to support a British company but in this case I'd have been better off going to IKEA!!

Strong and sturdy. Easy to put together 2nd one purchased but this one has a ladder round the other way.
