Used these to connect my washing machine, since my apartment doesn't have laundry hookups. Worked great with a few hammer arrestors and nor.al washer hoses.

Does not fit in the male 3/8 side. “Fits” on the female side, but will definitely leak / not be a perfect fit. Took this to my local plumbing supply store and they confirmed it’s not 3/8 (and I’m not crazy). They said it’s probably metric and mislabeled. Don’t buy this — go to your local plumbing supply shop instead.

All the bidet additions to the toilet, whether under the seat or outside, assume you are dealing with the same plumbing conditions. on my toilet, it's extremely difficult if not impossible to reach under the tank and replace the t-shape 3-way diverter/adopter. This one is a perfect solution and it took me some time to find it on Amazon. it fits at the entry point of the water, out of the wall where you usually see the shut-off valve for the water going to the toilet. I had no use for the adopter that came with my bidet kit. I am glad someone thought that not every toilet is built the same. Mine Is "Mr. Thomas By Icera". I hope this will help the next buyer with the same situation.

I bought this as a replacement for an old one. First I thought it would be a straight forward easy job, but eventually it took me more than one hour to get it done. I ran into two issues which forced me re-install it several times. The first issue Is the O rings for the 3/8” ends are too thin (not strong enough, maybe also size related) ) which are easy to be twisted during tightening. The second is the trouble from the female connecter. The inserted potion to the body was a little bit loose although I checked it before installation. This one took me another couple of times for troubleshooting, because the small leakage is very hard to locate under the toilet. Eventually I used all the old O rings, and figured out a way to further tighten this insert part to get the job done. The rating is to complain the poor O rings. The second issue might be my knowledge/experience issue, posted here for other buyers’ awareness’s .

The male 13.86mm end, that is supposed to connect to the female toilet hose does not fit. What's funny is that the same hose fits perfectly to the 3/8" wall pipe but won't fit to the toilet hose.its like they messed up the measurements. Not the first person to report this. Must be quality control issues. Easy to install, good value...but not true to the measurements. The other two ends of the t adapter are correct measurements.

The 3/8 compression on top doesn’t fit well with the 3/8 compression hose. Usually compression fit the tube overlapping each other with the rubber pressing down when tightening to create a seal. The mating surface of this isn’t great . Even with teflon tape it leaks. I added an extra gasket to help join the two surfaces better however not sure about long term reliability .

The concept of this adopter is good that 3/8” line could be diverted to 1/2” without a coupler but unfortunately this item is fabricated smaller than the standard 3/8” fitting sizes from ACE hardware and also from the building fittings in Dubai.

it made by good materials. it was not suitable for my hose. because the 3/8 connection has a small hole and my current hose did not fit, but I kept it to find a new hose later

Female and 1/2 ends fit easily without leaks. Spent an hour trying to get the male end to fit. Tried with and without the gasket. Tried with and without the included tape/thread. It just would not fit and leaked every time. The exisiting supply line female fits the existing male snugly without leaks. Therefore, I can only conclue the thread on this male is just too wide. Solved the problem of skirted toilets by getting 7/8 x 7/8 extenders with ridged female nuts. Worked on the first try, by hand, with no leaks.

My toilet riser did not fit onto this item. The 3/8 screw top was the right size but the inside diameter of the hole was to small for the compression fitting on the toilet riser to fit into. I went out and bought a new toilet riser and used one of the provided washers and it worked. So far no leaks, a few days in.

We ordered this part for my sister in law for a new bidet as she was expecting a new baby. The piece did take a bit to come but it was in good condition and a nice sturdy piece. My brother in law was able to install it easily with no issues and fit his need. Sadly the bidet itself was defective and we didn't need this part. The seller was really wonderful and understanding and issued us a refund with no run-around. The only thing better than a good product is a trust worthy, professional, and compassionate seller who knows things happen. I thoroughly appreciate this sellers professionalism and understanding. I recommend the quality of this item for the short time we used it.
