I can say these are great. I can say they aren't. What I will say, however, is that on all three of the springforms closed and latched up on the sides, I can read the paper underneath them. I could stick a pencil between the bottom's edge and where it is supposedly meeting the rim's edge, after it is latched. I had to put something between the side of the pan and a sheet pan I placed it on just so that I could press closed the holes so my cheesecake batter wouldn't run out all over the place.What I have done, however, is make sure I pre-bake a graham crust, puff pastry crust, pie crust, you get my gist, that filled in and baked over the holes.They aren't Wilton, that much is for sure. My Wilton round springform is heavy, solid, canNOT flex it, rolled edged, thick grade metal and I could probably drive over it with minimal damage. Just saying.
