I shopped and shopped for a quality rebounder, but one that was not so expensive. If that's your dilemma, look no further. It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband helped, and together we had it done in about 20-30 minutes tops. I could have probably done it myself, but it really does help to have someone pop it open with you, best to have two people. That's actually the hardest part. I loved that all the straps were already in place! That's another major reason that made this the perfect buy! My rebounder history: I'm 68 and had a mini trampoline for years, (got at Walmart for like $30!!, LOL). But few years back it started wearing out (giving way in the straps), got busy with life and just stopped using. But now that I finally got around to purchasing a new AND bigger (50") one, I wonder why I ever stopped. So much fun, easy and enjoyable. Get's my heart rate up there fast, and I feel like it's very healthy for me even if I'm not vigorously jumping. Just slight bounce and tightening, bending your knees and you can feel it working core. I researched thoroughly before deciding on this brand. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend the ANCHEER Trampoline, and love the larger size! Makes it easier to dance and bounce around to music!

Works great. Helping me rebuild my strength after some medical issues. Like the multiple speed settings and variable programs.

May 5th 2025 update: I have hurt myself with this elliptical with two incidences of hurting myself and had to have two cortisone shots, now I've hurt myself again after I healed and now I have a pain running from my hip down to my legs. I may be doing it wrong, but there was no instructions as to the right way to do it, so please be very careful, because this is supposed to be good for you and not hurt you. This machine is absolutely fantastic and I am a harsh critic, it is so well made you don't have to put anything together, all you have to do is figure out how to use it with a remote and it only takes a few minutes to figure it out. It is the greatest machine I've ever had and I've had quite a few. Now I don't know how it holds up to the one that they're always advertising on TV, but I'm pretty sure this one is pretty great. If you're looking for a workout and I'm on the younger side it's going to help, it might help me get motivated to work out on my other machines, but I can watch TV read or whatever and can work out how great is that! I highly recommend this machine.

I wanted one of these for a long time, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on another fitness device that I was going to get bored with. I found this at a great price. I love this under the desk elliptical. It is perfect to keep my legs moving for hours while I'm working. It is very quiet. The remote control is perfect for changing speed and program effortlessly. There was no assembly required; I pulled it out of the box and it was ready to go.

I keep it under my desk while working. Doesn't move around on carpet. Pretty darn heavy. I couldn't find the remote for a couple of days, machine stayed on, was hoping it would turn itself off or sleep mode. Not. Luckily found the remote to do so. Big fan of this keeping neuropathy at bay.

This ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical Machine suits me personally. I like to use it plugged in so that it is in fact semi-automatic. (I am not using it for "strenuous" or regular exercise.) Ray 2025-12-03.
