Bosch Bbz11Bf Hepa Filter - Bsh468637T

I ordered this item which is clearly having a product code BBZ11BF which corresponds to a Bosch Bionic Filter BUT the wrong item has been delivered, a filter with product code BBZ153HF which is a normal Hepa filter. However after contacting the seller, they immediately responded and sent the correct item and I returned the wrong item using their pre-paid service. So, the correct product now delivered is an original Bosch Bionic filter, as expected and its quality is excellent. This filter is really good and it makes the vacuum cleaner to work better than before. I hence give a four star rating but this is just for the inconvenience of receiving the wrong item and then having to sent the item received first. Thanks to the seller that responded quickly.
