Good for what it is
This is a very mild saline solution, I was hoping it would be stronger. The convenience of pre-mixed vials safely stored in my fridge is what drew me to the idea of these. Saves me boiling the kettle and grabbing the salt. The vials appear very professionally made and seem ok in use.

SImple to access, simple to use, allow rapid use with nebulisers.
This saline solution comes with 25 prefilled 5mm 0.9% saline bullet shaped vials, which you can break the end and use with nubulisers. The 25 vials come in a perfectly sized box and are easily taken out one by one. When the end is broken and poured in the nebuliser, it is extremely simple to pour and do so quickly. It is extrenmely convenient and can be applied into a nebuliser and the nebuliser deployed quickly. Whilst this is not a cheap product, the price per vial is about right compared to other products. I think the cost needs to be weighed up against the ability to be able to very rapidly use with a nebulser. Against that criteria this product is very good.

Not really 'Hypertonic' Saline ampoules
These 25-packs of 5ml ampoules come well protected in double boxed cardboard. The twist off top of the ampoules has really small wings which could make them tough to twist off for some people - scissors are always an option though. There's no information on the box or in the product description about the recyclability of the plastic ampoules. Having been suffering from persistent congestion following a bad cold, I tried an ampoule using an excellent Handheld Nebuliser (ASIN: B0CT8K92YH). The Nebuliser did its job but I experienced no effect from the Saline inhalation, no easing of my congestion.. The product description states that they are 'Hypertonic'. That means that they are supposed to be *more* salty than normal human cells. The simplest of Googles leads you to the fact that normal Human cell salinity is 9 - i.e. 9g of salt within 1000g of fluid, otherwise referred to as 0.9% - which is the salinity of these ampoules. So, to call them Hypertonic is misleading, they are Isotonic (same salinity as human cells). Why should you care? - well, if they *were* Hypertonic, the inhaled saline would draw fluid from the lung tissues and help dilute the mucus to make it easier to clear the lungs, which would be a positive benefit. This 0.9% strength of saline is just a teaspoonful which will hardly dilute congestion in its own right. Pros 👍: ✔️ Convenient ✔️ Sterile Cons👎: ❌ Not Hypertonic as claimed ❌ Expensive at £1 per 5ml ampoule (1 teaspoonful) ❌ Tops hard to twist off for some ❌ No recycling information for ampoules In summary, overpriced and misleading Not recommended

Very helpful little bullets!
It's only a small box with 25 of them. I like how the manufacturer packed them - box in a box, very securely 🙂 The little bullets shape is easy to handle however it’s quite fiddly to take the top off. I use quite a lot of them, different brands and the other’s top is slightly bigger, almost like a butterfly shape so it’s easy to grab it, twist it and open it but this one is different, smaller and quite fiddly to open. You do succeed but once you tried something easier/better in the past it’s straight away noticeable. Personally we use a nebuliser very often, I swear by it and would recommend it to everyone. It clears the airways very well, it's easier for my son (who is 7) to blow his nose after using it and also helps massively during any coughs!

Very convenient to use
There are 25 tiny packs of nebulizer liquid, and each pack is 5ml. The good thing is that the tiny packs are good for one-time use and very easy to use. I have to nebulize myself every week, and for me, these saline packs are handy to use. Although they are quite expensive to get, as you only get 25 tiny packs, and there are cheaper options available. But in terms of quality, it’s good and opens up the blocked chest in seconds.

Easy and convenient
We need to use these 3% Saline Solutions in our portable nebuliser for our 3 year old as they help to thin out the mucus and clear his airways. This is a handy box of 25 x 5ml vials which are perfectly sized to use in our portable machine and so convenient when you need to take some with you on your travels. You just snap the top and it's ready to use. These do seem to be towards the higher end of the price bracket for these items although some of the cheaper brands have less than 5ml in their vials so if you compare prices always check out how much solution you are getting for that price. I'm happy with these.

Contradiction - this is 0.9% ISOTONIC NOT 3% HYPERTONIC
My review is based around the current selling price of £25 Summary: There’s an error suggesting these are BOTH 0.9% AND 3% which is impossible. It’s like saying something is a hamburger AND a ribeye steak. Both are very similar but are different. Hypertonic 3% have more salt, whereas Isotonic 0.9% (which these are) are the same as human fluids. These are 5ml so don’t compare with the 2.5ml versions that are £10 cheaper. Pros: Long date almost 3 years! 5ml versions for extended nebuliser action Fairly good value but you can find cheaper Easy to open Cons: You can find cheaper
