Safety Concerns:This device is unsafe for submersible motors. I strongly advise against using this experimental machine, as it could potentially damage your motor.Customer Service and Company Staff:My experience with KrishiVerse Neer Pro 4G Mobile Pump Controller was extremely disappointing. The company is unprofessional and unreliable—they don't answer calls, work irregular hours, and their technician provided incorrect guidance. The owner is unresponsive and always claims to be in a meeting. The staff has a casual attitude and takes no responsibility. Despite paying for a current sensor in November, I haven't received it after three months. They keep telling me it was sent and that they will check, but they never shared the tracking ID.Product Issues:The device is impractical and lacks basic features. It has no phase protection, and the SIM card stops working randomly, even with a good network. Installation was time-consuming and ultimately a waste of time and money. I spent INR 1200 for a one-year recharge, all for nothing.Installation Problems:The company's team lacks the knowledge to install the device properly. Despite several video calls and 5-6 hours spent by an electrician over 7 visits, the device doesn't work. The product is a failure, and consumers should beware of this company.

Worst product
Worst product, build quality is very normal. They used gum to join the wires instead of soldering. Customer care is not working on sunday. It took one week to install, after that not worked even one day. Sent back product to custermer care for repair. Worst Experiance.
