Amazing
Absolutely incredible! Have been feeling nauseous due to the first trimester and this has helped so much. Really value for money, the fit is great you can adjust it depending how tight you want it to be. Great alternative if you don’t want to be taking anti sickness tablets.

Not comfortable
Found these uncomfy with the rubber bands, they move around and hard to put on by yourself. Would recommend the stretchy jersey sweat band ones instead

Not as good as expected
I had mixed results with the Frida Mom Nausea Bands. The bands are comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and come with a handy storage case that keeps them clean and organised when not in use. I also liked that they're drug-free, making them a convenient option to try during pregnancy. In terms of effectiveness, they seemed to take the edge off mild nausea at times, but they weren't a complete solution for my morning sickness. On some days I noticed a difference, while on others they didn't seem to provide much relief. I imagine results will vary depending on the individual. The quality of the bands themselves is good, and they're comfortable enough to wear throughout the day without causing irritation. However, I found that getting the pressure point positioned correctly took a bit of trial and error. Overall, these nausea bands may be worth trying if you're looking for a natural, non-medicated option, but I wouldn't expect them to work miracles. They provided some relief, but not enough for me to rely on them alone. Rating: 3/5

Not great, wouldn’t recommend
The instructions are not overly clear on the position of the pressure point. It says place 3 fingers on the wrist and then place the button in between the 2 tendons. Having read instructions on some different ones (that are more descriptive) actually describe the position to be slightly different to where I have been wearing them following the instructions on the Frida Mom ones. These said to put the 3 middle fingers on the wrist and then place the button between the tendons under the index finger. Despite the above I haven’t found that they have made much difference to nausea. The bands themselves are not comfortable and rub a bit when worn for a while. I find the material ones are more comfortable and much easier to put on. These are tricky to put on in the right position because you can’t check where they should be whilst the band is on and it’s hard to tighten them and then check they’re in the right place. Also, the excess on the band sticks out and catches on clothing etc all the time, really annoying. The case that comes with is a good idea however it is so hard to open I would never use it! Literally had to get a knife to get in it! I’ve ordered some stretchy material ones to replace these. Wouldn’t recommend these, especially considering they cost more than the other type.

Helpful
I think these worked for me. Could have been psychosomatic but would take the edge off the nausea.

It was DEFINATELY worth a go!
My daughter has really been suffering with 'all day' sickness since she discovered that she is pregnant. These bands have certainly helped ease the nausia. We just wish that we had known about them earlier. They worked for us and for this price its certainly worth trying them out to see if they work for you too!!

Easy to use / brilliant alternative
These are so easy to use. I used this product for travel / motion sickness. It worked really well and I easily fit the case in my handbag. Once they are on, I forgot about them. They are very comfortable. Would recommend.
