I had bad sciatic pain 6 years ago. Went to a Chiro, and he worked on me for 3 years to get it calmed down, as well as me doing exercises. These work, as long as you take it according to the recommendations (2 tabs, 3x a day) I wouldn’t have believed it, and I’m an extreme skeptic. I've only been using this for a few days, but if my opinion changes in the future I will update this review. I have had issues with my lower back for over 25 years now and had a lumbar discectomy 20 years ago. However, with aging comes additional back-related issues (spinal stenosis, herniated discs, etc) so I have peripheral neuropathy now, too, which culminates in that pins-and-needles/burning sensation in my feet, which affects my sleep and some daily activities. I bought this product specifically for the pins-and-needles sensation, so I'll address that first. I found that this product either completely eases the symptoms or eases it somewhat...for a short period of time (usually an hour to 1-1/2 hours), but no longer (for me). Considering that it can only be taken 2-3 times a day, it really isn't worthwhile, unless I take it shortly before bedtime in order to fall asleep. As for the back pain, it helps somewhat, but, again, only for a short time, so I'll stick with ibuprofen for that. I had to try this product, because some people said it works for them, so it might for you. I won't buy it again, though.
