In case it was mounted on a junction box: Eve Outdoor Cam has been designed to be mounted directly on a wall. Unless your electrical junction box has screw channels with 60 mm / 2.36 in clearance (center to center), you may need an extra light fixture mounting bracket (not included).

Is a third-party (eve) app required to setup or run? or can i just use the apple home app like the logitech circle view?

You can setup and run Eve Outdoor Cam with Home only. Just for firmware updates Eve is mandatory as Home can't.

Can I purchase replacement mounting hardware for the Eve outdoor camera

If lost or broke, spare parts can be provided.

Does the home's electrical on/off switch work with this? (not the breaker/fuse) just answer the question.

Eve Outdoor Cam needs to be powered 24/7. It needs AC 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz and requires both a neutral wire and a connection to a ground wire.
