Not for Softail
This unit does not fit the HD Softail mount. HD touring bikes have a completely different way of mounting than Softails.

Good product
Good fit i was worried about it not fitting but its nice and tight. It doesn't break the bank and good quality if on a budget has to be a 7in head light for trim to fit and adjust nicely and tight

Didn't fit my bike
It was posted that it fit my bike, I ordered it and it doesn't fit. Will be sending back. It's a nice headlight cover if it actually fit.

Kinda fit n works 18 street glide
Trim ring supposed to go over the factory ring well on the newer SG the headlight bolts to the fairing n doesn't really give you enough clearance to get the top lock back on gotta really mess with it to get it to line up also had a huge run/drip on the top of trim ring

Buyer beware
It's kinda flimsy. Construction is a little suspect however it looks great on the my bike.I purchased this in Sep 20, installed it Jan 21, got caught in some rain MAR, APR, & MAY. Now in JUN 21 this ring is rusty.
