I’ve been using Liquid IV for a while now, but I can’t describe quite how much I hate the combination of citric acid and powdered flavoring with the proprietary blend of electrolytes that they use to try to make the taste ‘pleasant.’ I am a water drinker, seltzer if I really need something different, and that particular mix of salty, sweet, and sour with flavoring is nearly unbearable for me. I literally have to work myself up to get it all down my throat.That is why I was so happy to see these tablets. While the blend is different then Liquid IV, I feel confident that my electrolytes are being replenished. The tablet itself tastes salty on the tongue, but not unpleasant. I chase mine with a full 16 oz cup of water, but you can do it with as little as 8oz. I also love that they are completely sugar and sweetener-free, so I’m only getting what I want without unhealthy additions just for the sake of flavor. I have taken quite a few of these tablets over the last few weeks, including multiple a day on several occasions, and haven’t gotten even the slightest upset stomach.$30 for 120 tablets seems a little expensive, but it’s actually still cheaper and healthier than most of the alternatives. Even if it takes 4 of these tablets to equal the electrolytes of one Liquid IV (which it doesn’t), this is still the cheaper option with far fewer additives and the benefit of not having to drink a salty-sweet beverage. And WAY better for you than Gatorade or similar sports drinks.Overall I think that this is a great product that could really help a lot of people work toward a healthier and happier body. Some don’t realize all of the benefits of keeping your electrolytes replenished, but it really is incredibly beneficial to your life, health, and energy.

These tablets have a nice combination of electrolytes and are super easy to use. I like to take them after mowing the yard or doing anything else strenuous. I think they're better than packets of electrolyte powders, since they are less expensive and take up a lot less space on my shelf but work just as well.

I was intrigued by them being in tablet form to swallow, instead of the usual flavored water bottle powders I get; making them portable and good for stocking in case of dehydration emergencies.I was happy to discover this brand, elete. They are a Utah-based company and the ingredients in these tablets come from the Great Salt Lake. Marine based minerals are superior to other minerals, so these are high quality electrolytes. US sourced and made is important to me as well.My favorite thing about these, unlike electrolyte drinks and powders, is you get to choose how hydrated you get. The lower daily values percentages in each tablet and the fact that they can be taken up to 12 a day, puts us in control of how much we get. I use electrolytes almost daily, especially in the AZ summers and feel a lot of the products I typically use, are more electrolytes than I need. Now, if I feel a little dehydrated, I can just take one instead of a 1/4 of a drink that leaves me having to store the rest for later.The tablets are on the big side, I don’t have trouble swallowing, so I am okay with the size, but maybe too large for some.The value of the 120 tablets is excellent as well. I would order these again at this value!

I didn't notice any difference in my hydration vs just normal water. I still felt the same level of dehydration and thirst during training.I was hoping this would be a cheaper alternative to something like nuun, but it's not.

This may not be the most cost effective way to replenish your electrolytes but these tablets do make a difference! Tablets are convenient for me because some days the taste of Gatorades and Propels just do not agree with me. Taking these with water and reminding myself to keep drinking water has definitely helped me feel better. I only take these a couple times a day and not necessarily every day. I'd suggest talking to your doctor about how to use these if you have any pre-existing conditions. Don't want to overdo it or have any issues.
