This cinnamon is a revelation! The flavor is sweet, spicy and very strong. A little goes a long way and I feel it's worth the premium price. I used it in cinnamon pecan pralines and a Thanksgiving pie, and everyone was raving about them. I love cinnamon and have been buying store-brand cinnamon my whole life. I may use the basic stuff for my daily coffee, but for cooking and baking, this will be my go-to cinnamon from now on.

This is one of the first products I've purchased that I've felt compelled to review - it's that good! Cannot recommend enough and can't believe cinnamon can taste like this!

Not at all what I hoped for. Honestly don’t know if the product is old or stale but cinnamon and turmeric are very disappointing.

The tin is small and adorable. As for the cinnamon tho, it is not as flavorful as I would have liked. So if you like a light cinnamon-this is the one for you.

My favorite party trick when I host is taking this out and having people smell how incredible this cinnamon is. It is such a unique, rich flavor. It doesn’t smell exactly like typical cinnamon in powder form; however there is a lot of depth, and I use it 1:1 in baking and the flavor comes out as good if not better. Hard to describe but worth trying. A little goes a long way, and it stays good for a very long time. Also makes a really good gift.
