Great Product
Works great. Used it when buying a car. Was able to tell one had been in a rollover situation even when Carfax didn't show it.

Autophix good people and scanner
Great seller! Very understanding and reasonable. Wish all companies were like Autophix! Make sure you do your research for technical details like 'reading transmission data' and don't trust the dumb amazon Rufus bot. Super nice scanner, unfortunately, couldn't retrieve the desired transmission data for my particular vehicle.

Software is mediocre.
Mediocre, get better programmers, Developers. Constantly ask for auto model. Constantly ask for autophix folder, Select one folder, and keeps asking for folder (allow autophix to access files in autophix And keeps saying folder is not supported, use folder on root directory of the OTG whatever device ????) half hour to get it to connect. Battery diagnostic doesn't work. Dashboard ECT dial goes to 110, Digital value is 186F. Who programs this, useless ? Evap test, not available? No way to Bluetooth disconnect. Can't get it to connect to Torque app. The new interface is not great. The software makes the hardware barely usable. Wouldn't buy.

I’d dose clear codes
It works to clear your Check eng lights . Ez . But there is no user manual on the software. It comes with a manual on how to connect it to your phone and that it . There is NO downloads or other manual nothing tell you how to do test or what thing mean . It did see my truck 2008 Silverado but it give me 3 ECU and it tell me nothing on how to use the software so that is a big there are better out there I even went to there website . no how to use it and what thing mean . I am a retired AIRCRAFT MECH so it not like this is new to me

This device is what I wanted. No subscription
Works perfect for me. Instantly connected with bluetooth. I did not have to screw around with the settings. If you click on the error code, and have internet, you are brought to a web page going into detail about the error code. I just got it last night and it am very pleased with it. William NJ
