I have a lot of house plants, and these are some of the best supports I've purchased to date. I needed one for a new monstera in a 10" pot, in addition to 2 smaller monstera plants in 6" pots that were starting to look a little unruly. These supports worked perfectly for all 3 plants, and I intend to use the 4th one in my larger monstera when it gets a bit bigger, stacking it on top of the first. The supports are very easy to put together and directions come in the package. There's a small cap to screw off, which allows you to release the wooden pointy stake that goes into the soil. I soaked mine in water for about 20 mins prior to inserting them into the pots, but you don't have to. (I think I read another reviewer mentioning this encourages the plants to grow up the support, and it seemed like a good idea!) I used the string that comes in the package to secure some of the stray stems closer to the supports, and still had plenty leftover. Finally, the price of these was great. Don't hesitate - just buy them!
