I love this product! According to my Oura Ring I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. It keeps me from tossing and turning and is a comfort to snuggle up with. Snoring was much reduced and sleeping on my side will alleviate my mild sleep apnea. I'd love to see an inflatable one for travel.

While the device was effective, unfortunately, the connecting strap fell off one of the pillows rendering it useless after the fourth night.

Love the idea, but the operationalization falls short. The product is flimsy and the memory foam isn't dense enough. It didn't keep me on my side while sleeping and the velcro connecting the two sections started to fall apart.

You know how you like to sleep on a sofa because it supports your back? If that statement describes you then you need this. As you can tell I just got this and have used it for 2 nights now. I have slept better, have gotten up less, and my back doesn't hurt like it has. The main thing is that the pillow is doing all the work, and your body can relax against the pillow. If you try to roll forward the pillow then allows your body to rest against it that way too. It looks awkward but even rolling to the other side is not hard to do and I look forward to many more nights of restful sleep. Thanks to my sister who told me about this pillow, which she got to keep her from rolling on her back.

Because of recently diagnosed sleep apnea, I want to keep myself from sleeping on my back...but also be able to turn from one side to another. This looked like a great solution in concept. But it didn't work. Memory foam is surprisingly soft. I found myself waking up laying on my back on the two side cushions. I tried taking out the memory foam and putting in rolled up towels. They were firmer, but I still woke up laying on my back on top of them. Plus, as others have noted, the stitching comes loose where the velcro tabs attach to the cushions. So I can't recommend this.

Comfortable pillow set, holds me in place so I don't roll over on my back and snore. Spouse is very happy. I would give it five stars, but the end of the Velcro tab that adjusts how close together the pillows are flops around and pokes you in the back (or stomach). All other parts of the pillow are soft, this tab is NOT soft. Expect off-gassing from the memory foam. I let the pillows sit out for about a week before using them. Off-gassing was still noticeable, but tolerable. Can't vouch for long-term health effects, but I'm sure it's PERFECTLY HARMLESS according to American Chemical Society!

This is a great device for those of us who have sleep apnea when we sleep on our backs. I don't think it keeps me off of my back 100% of the time, but I believe it greatly reduces the incidents. I prefer it to having a (tennis) ball on my back. It is well made and comfortable. I find the size and firmness of the cylindrical pillows to be just right. For reference, I am 5'5" and weigh 112 lbs. The only downside, as some other reviewers have noted, is that it feels warm when you're up against it, which could be bothersome in the summer. I would like the manufacturer to offer an additional casing using a cooler fabric that consumers could purchase separately.

The stitching started to come off the belt within SECONDS of opening the package, and the pillows aren't even round!!! NOTHING like advertised. No wonder this is a frequently returned product!

Je pensais avoir trouvé la solution, plutôt qu’une « balle » dans le dos mais NON ! Impossible de dormir avec cet « engin » qui nous bloque complètement le haut du corps par ces 2 « traversins » (1 contre la poitrine, le 2eme contre le dos) très très durs ! Fuyez !!!

I received this product from the US seller and really liked it. After using it a number of times, the material seemed to stretch a bit. I weigh 113 pounds so I had to have it an inch away from the narrowest or tightest position. A few times I woke up on my back. The material is soft and comfortable and the concept is brilliant. It comes in a “standard” size which is adjustable but I would need an XS, therefore I had to return it to the US. The seller’s customer service was excellent ..very accommodating and quick to respond. I was very happy with the product and their customer service! Both merit a 5/5.

It definitely does what it is supposed to, I kept waking up too early as it makes my body too warm and have managed to stay on my side without it so not using at the moment but it is a good solid item will stop you from rolling on your back or front no problem 🙂
