Works great, with the right power supply.
This thing has worked great with my Anker C300DC to keep my CPAP working, even through a power outage. So far, only like 1-2 hours, on pure battery, but I immediately stopped using my stock 120VAC adapter at home, exclusively using this at home. Did learn that you HAVE to be careful that the port it plugs into has to be able to support 65w+ regardless of other devices connected. (IE your phone plugged into a "100W" adapter make make the "65W" port on the CHARGER not actually 65w anymore, and then when your cpap tries to run heat to the tube, the humidifier, and the air pump, it resets.

Works wonders
This works perfectly with my AirSense 11. Plugged into a USB C battery and off I went without issue. No setup, no fiddling with settings, nothing. The AirSense didn't care that it was on battery and it worked throughout the night. It's extremely light, making it a nice travel accessory. Now, this itself does not have a battery. If you're going to use this to run the AirSense on a battery backup, make sure it can output the 20v this is asking for and has enough battery life to actually keep it going. A cheap cell phone charger will not be capable of handling this. Personally, I hooked mine up to a 24,000mAh power bank with the ability to put out a max of 140W (well above what this needed) and it got me just over 8 hours of run time with an already warmed up AirSense humidity tank.

Great
I use this on my ResMed AirMini and it works great. I use the Llano 30000mah power bank and can get 7-9 hours of power. Doesn't work with all powerbanks though so just make sure you get the required specced banks.

Worked just for a few months
It worked well for a few months, then it stopped working for an Air Mini.

Excellent for the weight, just over 5oz.
I am shocked at how well this works. My original charger weights 18 oz compared to this one weighing just over 5 oz. Totally impressed with the power and USB-C is a bonus, can just plug into my power brick I bring anyway.

Works Great with my ResMed AirMini
Bought this for testing out a travel solution with my ResMed AirMini. I hooked this up with an Anker 737 and gave it a few tests run before traveling with it. Stayed connected and worked for the entire 6 hours each time. Easy to use, decent value, was able to fit it in my travel APAP bag with no problems.

Seamless Transition to USB-C for C-PAP
I was hesitant like some others when read the reviews about this cable and its compatibility with my ResMed machine but if you use the correct charging block (not included) you will find it works flawlessly. The minimum is 140 watts. Smaller ones may work like 100 watts, but also verify your cable is rated for 100+ watts as well. This will enable you to use your C-PAP with an adequately sized battery capacity and wattage rating as well. This has come in clutch for travel!
