Good product, really poor fitting instructions
A very well designed and engineered product. Big tip : watch the youtube video before installing, the in-box instructions are really poor. If reversing the handles and the latch this is covered in the youtube video and the 180 degree turning of an internal part in the keypad side handle is essential to the operation. This isn't covered in the in-box instructions and isn't obvious by simply looking at the product.

Great lock to keep out unwanted visitors !
Bought these for our apartment to keep it secure. fitted 2 to the inside doors. I’m a joiner so was easy enough, you need the right tools to make life easy. Once fitted and programmed work like a dream, it’s nice you can have a master code and fobs bit give guest a user code which can be changed as needed. Just what I was looking for.

Excellent quality
I used it to replace the key lock on new composite doors. The distance between the latch-spindle and the euro lock barrel was about 3 mm out but I was able to file the door to allow the Haifuan lock to fit. Excellent quality. I have bought and used 6 of these now.

Failed with no support!
The device failed and now every time you try to unlock it just flashes the numpad over and over. Tried contacting support nobody got back to me so now stuck with a door I can’t use!

Easier to install than feared.
Once you have seen the video tutorial it is very easy to install. I have had mine for just over a month and it is working perfectly.

Work great, only problem is understanding the manual on how to pair your card with the lock.
