Real Wood, Hand Crafted Frames (Bezel) for the Samsung Frame TV 2021 to 2024 (Venice Gold, 32 inch)

This wooden frame adds that finishing touch to make the Samsung Frame TV look more like artwork. I don't use the TV side of things at all, this was intended purely for displaying my own photos and artwork.This is a perfect fit and really adds that "picture frame" illusion. It's really well made and arrives fully assembled so literally just clips over the TV with 2 plates at the top/back. It is also very light weight and very easy to take off again (if required). The mitres are perfect and is everything I hoped it would be. Excellent customer service too. Unfortunately, the frame arrived with some damage (Parcel Force inflicted!) but Andy responded to my email within 10 mins. He arranged to personally come and collect the damaged frame and get it repaired. But, he arrived today with a brand new frame so just swapped them out - amazing service! I'm very pleased with the service and the product and would recommend both 100%. It's a small family run local business, and I'm so pleased I chose them over the bigger American company alternative. (cheaper too!)

Having had a really bad experience trying to get a Bezel Frame for our "Samsung The Frame 55" TV" directly from Samsung, I actually stumbled across TV In Disguise trying to google search an alternative supplier. I have to say, Andy and his team were exceptional. Communication was great throughout and within 10 days they had delivered a wonderful customised bezel that slipped simply and perfectly over our TV and looks amazing. Contrast with Samsung themselves who kept us waiting for over four months with zero communication before I finally lost patience and threatened to process a Section 71 Claim via my credit card provider to provoke some sort of response and get a refund.TV In Disguise get the highest recommendation possible - I'd give them 6 stars if I could! Thanks Guys - I'll be back again later in the year for another one when the living room refirb is finished.

The bezel was the perfect size for our Samsung frame and match for our living room . Looks amazing

I don't normal leave a review but I must insist on this one. It was bought as a gift for my nephew's new TV CU8000 samsung with a 2.57cm depth. It clearly stated on this seller's page that these frames would only fit depth of 2.49cm, glad the gamble paid off, he's over the moon with the quality of this frame, outstanding finish. Well recommended wholwheartdly even though it's a bit expensive.

For our 55 in tv we bought the slim cushion gold frame. All my questions were answered before purchase. Delivery was sooner than expected, packaging was excellent, quality is excellent , installing was very quick and very easy.Adds a new dimension to watching telly.

Very highly recommended and excellent customer service.The seller personally delivered the item to our house and when he tried to fit the frame onto the tv and noticed that it did not fit the recess in the media centre, he said that he would build a new frame with a thinner frame.Fantastic customer service and highly recommended.
