Does the job. The old bracket I had was sliding all over the place. This one doesn't, and seems to be of decent quality. It also holds the weight of the not-so-small shower head quite well. Only just installed it, but pretty happy so far!

I have bought this following the product description as my shower holder bar is 18mm.Then at installation the two grey bits didn’t allow the main bar to go trough. As I really needed it, I decided to use a hack and ear them each with a lighter and then not that easy but I’ve managed to fit it.Questio to the manufacturer, why are this two pieces not made off some sort of flex but hard rubber so they can bend and adapt to certain bar’s diameters without braking?

I'd measured my rail as 18.5mm (actually measured the circumference as 58 and divided by pi) so I wasn't sure whether I'd need an 18 or 19mm one. The 18 is perfect for the job - looks good, very easy to adjust and seems to be really well-built. No problem holding my shower head which is fairly heavy.I'd previously bought a clip-on adjustable Croydex one which was terrible - flimsy plastic and not suitable for an 18mm rail - so it got returned right away.I've had it for around a month and am still very happy. Big thumbs up from me.

Easy to use, strong grip and holds a heavy shower head

Looks like a good quality item but sadly broke after 32 days! I am disappointed there is no way of returning a faulty item after the return window has closed. I hope Amazon take note of this.

It doesn't work properly and keeps slipping down.
