these Create gummies surprised me! The real win for me is that it helps me stay consistent & look forward to taking my creatine! I am often in back to back calls or running out the door so mixing a powder just doesn't happen. I'll also say the texture has come a long way. Creatine gummies used to be gritty and chalky, and these are noticeably smoother than they were a year ago!! Small thing, but it matters when you're trying to actually keep a daily habit. They genuinely taste good too. I genuinely have more mental clarity and I've noticed a steady improvement in my workout performance! Can’t say we have noticed and change in our health but we did change the flavor for the upcoming order! The blueberry are tolerable but not tasty. We are trying the cherry next! I believe some supplements take longer to see real results so we will continue to try them!

Found these wonderful clean gummies for my growing teen son as there’s so many out there with many other unnecessary fillers & additives that don’t really do anything but cause harm to the body. These seemed to be doing very well for his overall goals & performance when doing sports or weight training. As like all supplements, things take time to take its course but he enjoys the blue flavor right now. We will continue buying these as long as the quality holds up without too much price hike. I’d also like to note that he has mild ulcerative colitis which this product had no interaction with digestibility. No side effects either with the 3x/day. My daughters name is also Sienna ;)
