Battery issue
Phone is not charging from the day one of the purchase of it and Phone charger was not working properly so I have purchased new charger and after that also phone is not charging becouse it is battery issue

Good long lasting Phone
Its a quality product. Design of the phone ergonomic. Display is big with big key pads. Really helpful for people who can not operate a smartphone. I have purchased 3 phones till now in last 4 years. All are working fine.Value for money.
