Nice sound system. Connects with Bluetooth easily on Android. Great functions make this very versatile. The sound is a really good quality. It looks nice and it's compact so it's easy to take anywhere.

This is a nice home speaker system, however, the remote does not work well. This is actaully the secon AIWA that I have received, as the first one did not read CDs at all (the mai reason I bought it). This second one works well once you get it going. The sound is good and fills the room. The four stars and not five are because of the remote. It sometimes takes pushing the button four or five times before anything happens. I stand directly in front of the unit, load a cd, wait until it is ready, and then push play. wait about 20 seconds, nothin happens, press play again. Repeat this process until cd finally starts playing. The same thing happens when you press pause or any other button. Plus, there is no manual button I can press on the system. It is this bad remote or nothing else. A shame, becasue otherwise a good unit.

The bass was completely unexpected. I love the sound qualify of this speaker. The bluetooth feature makes it super convenient to play whatever I'm feeling like, loud enough for the entire house!

This is a nice looking unit, but the sound quality is mediocre and it has limited use. I don't think it is worth the full price but a good deal on Prime days. The sound is very slightly distorted and it does have a slight buzz on some bass heavy music. It can play very loud without any additional distortion. I think it is slightly better than an Echo Show but can play louder. It is better than most clock radios. This is like a table top or nightstand player. The problem is that while it has a clock, it doesn't have an alarm. So, it is basically useless as a nightstand player. You have to set the time on the clock, but it remembered the time even when I had the unit unplugged for several days. If you connect it through Bluetooth to your phone, you might be able to play the phone alarm through this unit. It plays CDs, I like how quick the door is to slide open and closed. But, it does take a while to recognize the CD and allow you to play it. It has no memory of the CD, so it if you stop it or switch between sources, the CD player starts at the beginning again. Bluetooth connection was very quick and reliable but it is only a receiver for playing your phone on the unit. It does not have a transmitter so that you could listen to the CD through Bluetooth headphones. It does have a miniplug out so you can listen through wired headphones. It also has an optical input for connecting to a TV or other digital source and miniplug input for connecting almost any analog system....you just need the right conversion cable. It has an FM radio but no AM. It is mediocre at pulling in stations. It will do a scan of radio stations and set the memory for 20 stations. I don't how it chooses if there more than 20 clear stations. It isn't HD, so you don't get substations.

Super easy setup and puts out some great sound! The display is just the right size, and easy to read. I like the variable settings. I can use it for my TV, Bluetooth, cds or my local stations. Great sound! Very happy and it matches my decor nicely.

THIS is an AMAZING little system! I wanted a Bose Wave Radio, for my kitchen, but they are WAY too expensive. The sound that comes out of this unit is NOTHING SHORT OF SPECTACULAR!!! The CD player sound, with a Mannheim Steamroller CD, actually sounds like a Bose! There are 2 Great 15W speakers that produce PLENTY of quality sound with great bass, treble and midrange sound! It has an FM Radio and is Bluetooth capable. WHAT A FANTASTIC PURCHASE! You cannot go wrong with this Aiwa!!! ❤️

I found this product by searching on "CD Player." I was trying to replace my old Bose CD player with something other than a boom box. I should have paid better attention to the name of this product: AIWA Exos Home SPEAKER. If you want a nice-looking, small speaker for your play list or for your TV, this unit might work for you. However, that's not what I wanted. I wanted a CD player. In my opinion, the CD player component is flimsy and clumsy to use, and the controller is small, cheap, hard to read, and not intuitive. Pretty good instructions are included; however, after several tries, we could not program radio presets. We don't know why. Without pre-sets, changing radio stations requires clicking fwd and rev over and over. I should have paid attention to other reviewers who didn't like the controller or had problems getting it to work; however, I know that sometimes people complain because they don't read the instructions. For example, one reviewer complained about the bright blue display which was too bright for their bedroom. The instructions do explain how to dim that display. Bottom line: The speaker quality seems good, but the CD player and controller both seem flimsy, cheap, and clumsy to use. This unit did not fill my needs. I was able to initiate a return with no difficulty.

Hi all, please note, my reason for this review, is due to the very obvious in the "PLUG" into a wall socket system provided for this Radio. Since I am in Australia the supplied plug does not fit our wall power points. Using an adaptor to fit this system, failed dramatically, due to weight of transformer supplied. The transformer kept falling lose off the wall socket. Hence the item had to be returned. Other reasons for return were, if living in a "Rural Area" forget it, it plain & simple does not pick FM stations as mentioned it would. Also note, Amazon has been very helpful in the return process-so far.

muy buen sonido, en terminos de funcionalidad excelente. el unico "pero" que le pondria es que no tiene botones en el gabinete para encender, cambiar el volumen, la fuente, adelantar y atrasar tracks, todo se tiene que hacer desde el control remoto. Otro punto en contra es el sonido que hace la charola del cd al abrir y cerrar, no es suave.

Need a UK plug. Sound just ok.

Muy buen equipo, muy fácil de operar y tiene un excelente sonido He podido reproducir mis cds. que fue la razón principal para adquirir este equipo, sin ningún problema, como lo específica la descripción del aparato tiene una alta calidad. Ampliamente recomendable
