Apple iPhone 15 Pro, 1TB, Blue Titanium - Unlocked (Renewed)

This is the first time I've purchased an iPhone in refurb condition. However, I have had good experiences with Amazon resale/refurb products. I have to admit to being a bit hesitant and concerned about the actual quality of the phone, especially the state of the battery. Perhaps the fact that the phone arrived a few days before the expected delivery date range was a good omen. I specifically chose Amazon as the shipper/seller of the item. I felt that if there was any problems, having Amazon as the seller would entail less hassles with the resolution process. Fortunately, there were no major issues with iPhone. The front screen was scratch-free. There was some odd substance on the titanium sides (it seemed to be glue/adhesive residue). In general, the appearance was very good/excellent. The screen does not seem to retain much of the oil/fingerprint resistance feature. But, considering it was manufactured in 2024, this reduced aspect is to be expected. I think I'll eventually add a screen protector to deal with easy cleaning and additional protection of the screen. I ran apple diagnostics, and it passed on all the tests, indicating apple parts and functions. And, while the promise is for battery over 80% (I ordered the 'Renewed-Excellent'), it actually rated at 90%, with 591 cycles. I consider it a win. After transferring from my older iPhone, I only had to redo login/password for a few apps (financial and health apps, which makes sense that they're more secure). And, it was easy to transfer the esim to the 15Pro, too. Ordered a case today, which should arrive tomorrow. I'll be researching and ordering a screen protector this weekend. Considering an Apple Certified Refurb of same model and storage would be close to $1000, this was a very good value. My thinking was the battery state was probably the vulnerable aspect. So, even if I had to replace the battery after the 90 day warranty, the $100 cost was still be a financial win. (Hopefully, the battery lives as long as my iPhone XR did, haha). Anyway, I feel I made a wise choice getting this 'Renewed-Excellent' iPhone 15 Pro/512gb via Amazon (I did research other refurb venues, btw). Picking Amazon as shipper/seller was the safe, smart move too, imho. I would only be happier if the batty capacity was 100% and it came with a screen protector. I rate the product and experience 4.75 - 5 stars, with a very high level recommendation.

I was I initially weary of purchasing refurbished since I have heard negative stories and personally have always gotten devices new. However I was looking to save some money, and decided to go with renewed premium as the best way to guarantee quality. I am fortunate enough to say that I am very pleased with the 15 pro I got. The screen and sides looks almost pristine and the back is also in great condition, minus a few very minor scuffs that wouldn’t really bother someone unless they really paid a lot of attention to it. Battery health came in at 97%, meeting the “above 90%” promise and exceeding it at that. Safe to say I would buy refurbished again, and its definitely worth spending the extra pretty penny for renewed premium.

I put our faith in the Amazon name. Sorry doesn't really help me fix two cellphones that don't work that I gifted to someone for her birthday. If one wasn't working okay but they both are not. Clearly there is something faulty here. You have certainly lost me as a customer. To the next customer please do not purchase your Pixel from this seller as you will not get anything but a big waste of time and money. And I caution you to consider not purchasing a Pixel at all. I thought that purchasing items of value from Amazon would come with customer service that matches that. Sadly I have been let down by a company which I would have thought would give me far better customer service. I used to live in Germany and never had a customer service issue like this there .It comes as a huge surprise that I am having issues with an American companys customer service and with this seller. It is a big ticket item I purchased and cannot fathom how there is only a 30 day returns policy. Speaking to the Amazon agent was frustrating to say the least no empathy and no assistance and the so called a-Z guarantee just sending me back to the manufacturer whom I already reached out to in July as per our previous conversation. I did contact the manufacturer as requested in July. They didn't even bother to respond to me. When I did research from changing from Samsung to Pixel it seemed a Pixel phone was a great alternative. I have been disillusioned by Amazon and Pixel. I am going back to Samsung but definitely will not buy it from Amazon and in particular this seller.

I bought my iPhone 15 Pro back in May, and so far I’ve been really happy with it! Everything works great, the camera quality is amazing, and the phone feels fast and smooth. The battery has also been great for me and is still holding up the same as when I first got it. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase!

My Wife did all the reviewing of the iPhones that came after the iPhone 12 that she had at the time, and the iPhone 15 Pro does not disappoint. The phone is a quality phone, and I guess I did not read the information about the battery not being new, so I was disappointed when I saw that it only had an 85% battery life at 2 years old and my Wife's iPhone 12 was at 86% and it was 5 years old. The phone had one small scratch on the back but we put a case on the phone so that was not an issue. The glass front is high quality and did not have a mark on it. We had issues with transferring everything from the old phone to the new phone and took the phone to the Apple Store who took care of the functionality issues which is a big plus for not so tech Savy phone users and even though you have to make an appointment at the Apple Store they are happy to help you with any Apple product that you own so that you can understand how to use the product. The store is 60 miles away, but we were able to get all the information transferred from the old iPhone to the new iPhone. The only issue that I had other than the battery life for this purchase was the fact that the USB and the plug were not for an iPhone and we had to rush to get one in order to charge the phone to then be able to connect it with our phone provider. I have to say that I may have sent the phone back, but it was a gift to my Wife for her Birthday, and she fell in love with it issues and all. As for the Value for the money it was a lot of money for us still to spend so I am still on the fence because they could have put a new battery in at almost no cast to them but if we want to replace the battery it will cost over $100.00. So, if I could make the suggestion that they could have just added their cost for a new battery and the phone would have not gone up in price to the customer very much to make it a deal breaker and they would have a higher volume of people being really happy with the quality of the phone (s) that they are saying are (Renewed). Renewed to the consumer means "Like New" but used.

Alright so look the phone I got it in excellent condition and also I made sure the seller was Amazon and my phone arrived today I opened it was genuinely almost perfect a little blemish here and there but barely noticeable and the battery health was at 86% which is not bad at all the phone in general is great easy to use and very high quality slap a nice screen protector and case so it won’t scratch or get damaged and you have basically a brand new phone for a great price and the fact that the screen is 6.1 inches makes it way better than my old 14

i’m actually shocked that the phone came in just about mint condition. there’s absolutely no scratches or marks on the frame, camera or back glass besides one tiny little knick near the charging port. there’s also a superficial scratch on the screen on the bottom that i can no longer see once i put my screen protector on but literally 10/10. battery life is at 91%, there’s no service history which i love and the phone works and looks like its brand new. i’m definitely not mad about it.

I love buying my phones outright from Amazon! I got a great deal on this phone and it works amazingly. I will note that it took me 2 months to actually receive it. The seller let me buy an out of stock item. But they never took my money until it was ready to be shipped and they got it to me in the end.

La batería llegó con 92% de capacidad, lo cual es totalmente aceptable para un reacondicionado, y hasta ahora el rendimiento ha sido excelente. Se siente rápido, fluido, y confiable desde el primer uso. Sin duda, vale la pena. Una muy buena opción si buscas calidad a un mejor precio. Recomendado al 100%.

Phone is in perfect condition. Was fully reset and unlocked. FaceTime working on it too. Battery life at 94% still and not a scratch on it. Very happy!
