I have been trying to keep a good level of humidity in my humidor and it's so much easier when it can be monitored! Right on my cell phone I can see if I need to add humidity or crack the humidor open for a little bit for less humidity. I have yet to get to where it is at a perfect level for long, but it's getting closer and this system is really helping with that. You can keep a cigar inventory up to date electronically in the app, and list how many of which type of cigar you have in your humidor. I like that you can personally name your humidor in the app as well as monitor more than one if you set yourself up for that. I like that the meter and monitor are very sleek looking and have an elegant look. The monitor box fits into any decor and is not intrusive. The monitor screen is easy to read. I don't have a way to determine the accuracy, but I think it is pretty accurate as it's all computerized. The fact that I can monitor my humidor from anywhere is efficient, informative and FUN! It's a good conversation starter with other cigar fans and they have been impressed with this system. Obviously a luxury purchase! At the asking price of $49.99 for the gun metal gray version of the monitor when ordered I thought it was a fair value. This item has Bluetooth connectivity which worked right the first time right out of the box and connected without issue. It monitors my humidor 24/7 so that I can see the results 24/7. It looks great. It's easy to use. The App is easy to use! I have the app on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and it works great! I recommend this item to anyone looking to keep a good watch on their favorite cigars!

Excellent product and service. Once calibrated (easy to do using the sealed-bag/moist salt technique), it's spot-on and allows you to maintain your cigars in PERFECT condition. My smokes are now better than coming out of the Humidor at my local Cigar Club. AND Customer Service from KLARO is world-class (product is so good, I only contacted them to confirm calibration stuff).

At first I was skeptical of the push to subscribe for solutions, hygrometer battery and full access to the app (not required for basic functions, but for complete use of app). After setting up the humidor using the recommended solutions, I couldn’t be happier with the performance. The convenience of constant monitoring even when I’m not home is nice. My first unit was damaged but Amazon took care of that. On another note, I had an issue with FedEx, NOT Case Elegance. After getting the runaround from FedEx, I contacted Case Elegance and they immediately re-shipped the item that FedEx lost. I also received a follow-up email making sure everything was fixed.

This is the third different hygrometer with wifi device I’ve tried in the last two weeks and this one is a keeper. I’m using a 25L / 200 cigar capacity temperature controlled humidor and wanted something a little more robust than the standard hygrometer the humidor came with. This unit replaced the original one perfectly. Once I got it calibrated ( about 48 hours) it has been +/ - 1% on both the RH and temperature using (2) 320 Boveda packs. I’m also using the app on an iPhone and it works like a charm. The unit will only work with a 2.4 ghz connection.

This corrupted the browser on my iPhone and dominated my WI-FI. Had to delete the app and quit using it to monitor my humidor.

I have had this product for a few weeks now. My first initial thought of the product was pretty good. Setup was easy. As I played around with the product I found that in order to use the "Advance" features, you had to subscribe to their yearly service. The other thing that bothered me was that my bridge kept disconnecting every day. As cool as this product looks, I would look for something else.

With Klaro you cannot forget. It monitors humidity and temperature and sends notifications to your phone. The membership seems a good value (I just started). The support team is great. If you have an issue they respond quickly and no judgement if your not so digitally savvy

Wish it had more free features but the fact that I can check my RH from anywhere, especially when I am away, is comforting. Cigars are expensive and knowing they are in good shape is peace of mind.
