We all have baggage that doesn't show even some we may not know we have.
What a great assist to getting yourself straightened out and heading in the right direction. I took the class shortly after the Level 1 class and before taking Advanced. It was a stretch, but worked well for me, particularly because I so often find that there is a problem that psychotherapy can help with when I get stuck and can't get chakras to come clean any other way. The only thing this book is missing is an illustration on how to divide up the chakral web before cleaning it. Also it may be missing the short and easy list of steps. Not that it is ever that easy. Anyway, it is a quick read and easy to understand even before I took the class.

Amazing book
