Caravan Step 3 tier Right Hand Version

Well engineered good service ideal for my wife to use on our caravan as she is a leg amputee and even the rehab clinic was impressed with it sturdiness. Well done Avon star Service when I contacted them because I ordered wrong step for our needs originally was excellent just to return and they would do full refund through Amazon. We took delivery of a set of 3 Tier caravan steps on time and exactly as described 10 months ago. They were perfect for our use. Unfortunately we were not able to use them straight away due to the Covid pandemic and when we did we noticed a manufacturing fault. Anthony who took my call to discuss this was very attentive and without any hesitation promised to look into it for us.To our delight a new set of steps arrived just a few days later........ fantastic after sales service; i will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Really pleased with the steps, they are a quality product.

Have been unable to get into the caravan for 2summers,but since I bought these steps getting in is so easy.Wish I had discovered them years ago.I might not look very elegant but who cares,I can enjoy trips away once more.Thank You Avonstar.

Just what my husband needs to get in and out of our caravan as he has balance problems. Fits nicely in the door and is well made. Handles easily fitted and removed. An excellent product delivered ahead of time.
