First things first: the design of these headphones from the product to the packaging is intentionally high-end. One of my favorite features is the inclusion of various sizes of both silicone and foam earbud tips help you create the most comfortable fit. in fact, one of the things I was most worried about with these earphones is that there wouldn’t be enough of a seal to help with noise canceling. I was able to create a fit that best matched my ears for a seamless noise canceling experience. The case has wireless charging capabilities and an easy to understand display for case and earphone battery levels. It also holds a charge very well and I have yet to need to charge my case since receiving the product. Now to the ear buds themselves. They’re a really cool and sleek design with buttons on each ear bud. The buds stay secure when you press the buttons which is important.Additionally and most importantly, the sound quality is some of the best I’ve ever heard. Bass-heavy pop music and classical arias both come through so crisply and create a wall of sound that’s traditionally only available with over ear headphones. All in all, an absolute stellar product that has converted me from my old crappy airpods.

QA fail, to customer service fail
Do not purchase unless you want DOA headphones that won't charge and then getting run around by customer service reps that hate working I guess. Does not work and no amount of cleaning the case, nor attempts at charging using different cables, or trying to digital tally or manually reset them, will fix it. Do not purchase unless you wanna BUY two or three sets to find one that may work.

Goodbye Beats, make room for the Master
As a musician with ADD, sound quality and noise-canceling capabilities are incredibly important to me. I tried several headphones previously, and it has always been a trade-off between quality and comfort. For noise cancellation and decent bass, I had settled on the Beats Solo Wireless headphones. They worked okay for lounging, air travel, and the occasional coffee shop work session. For exercise and on-the-go situations, I'd settled for the Beats studio buds (Airpods never fit comfortably in my ears). The quality of the Beats buds was somewhat lacking, but at least they didn't fall out during workouts. My favorite place to listen to music, until recently, was my home office—where I've set up Sonos surround sound (speakers, sub, and soundbar). While the sound is great, it is admittedly a bit loud for my small office. With my wife now also working from home, I haven't been able to listen to music as often as I usually do.After losing my Beats buds and going through my second set of replacement pads for my Beats Solos—a friend suggested I try Master and Dynamic. The new MW09 earphones have solved my headphone dilemmas. The sound is pure, they fit perfectly, and they look great! The adjustable noise-canceling is even better than on my Solos, and the Ambient Listening setting is a rad bonus. While the Solos had a similar ambient feature—it usually lowered the quality of audio you were listening to. While I haven't tried working out in them yet, I did a set of jumping jacks with them as a test and they stayed snug and in place.Another great feature that, to me, makes these headphones worth the investment is the adjustable EQ. This really made the MW09s stand out, as I have started using my earphones instead of the Sonos surround sound. While I enjoy personalizing the EQ from time to time, the preset options already provide exceptional sound. I cannot recommend these earphones enough.

Unbelievable battery life. Great sound. Five stars with some caveats.
Battery life is as advertised. I usually don't use noise canceling, it is sub par anyway. I have Bose for flights and when I need noise canceling. Without noise canceling I couldn't even tell you battery life, I can spend 3 hrs at Starbucks, then 3 at the gym, and be at 70-80%. No joke.Almost never have to charge. The most important criteria for me for daily use is comfort, secure fit, battery life, and sound. This is a 10 for comfort, fit, battery life, and I'd say 8 for sound. They are no Bang and Olufsen for sound, but my 1.5 yr old B&0 have 2 hr battery life now so pfffttt. I'd rather have amazing battery life and good sound than awful battery life and great sound. Also way better comfort and fit than B&O. I could compare these to Sennheiser, Soundcore, Focal, Status, etc. I own a lot! But these are my daily go to. Oh, rarely the left ear will briefly (fraction second) skip. If that drives you nuts, these aren't for you, but it is super rare, I don't even notice it anymore. Long review, and I'd give these probably a 4.3 but they are honestly my favorite so I'm going with a 5 instead of 4.
