Is this to keep stickers and decals in place?

in my experience, this work with the gundam model's decals, these are really thin decals, but it's not a strong glue, it work better when you apply this in the plastic of the model kit, (it seem no to be so good in painted areas) ...at least in my experience...(sorry for my english)

People's opinions regarding this may differ, with some saying its optional to use both whereas others saying both are essential, but the general consensus is that the Mark Setter fluid is less important.

More milky. Once you put it on it is clear though

Dose this mr. mark setter bottle, gsi safe to ship in airplane ?

Probably not as airlines have strict rules against carrying chemicals in glass bottles. This setting solution is in a glass bottle and they will see it as a dangerous unknown liquid
