Koi Beauty Microneedling Derma Roller Titanium Microneedle Jet Black

Easy to use and clean. Like the sleek design bit most importantly does exactly what I need. Help my hydration serums penetrate my skin. Had super dry skin and this has helped with texture and acne scars.

I’ve used a few derma rollers before and this one is easily one of the better-built options I’ve tried. The titanium needles feel sturdy and evenly spaced, not flimsy or jagged like some cheaper rollers. It rolls smoothly without snagging or dragging, which makes a big difference when you’re using it on your face or scalp. The handle has a good grip and feels solid in hand, not hollow or cheap. It’s easy to control and apply even pressure. I mainly use it for skin texture and product absorption, and I noticed less irritation compared to other rollers I’ve used in the past. If you’re consistent, this is a great at-home microneedling tool—just make sure you sanitize it properly and don’t overdo it. For the price, the quality punches above its weight. Would definitely recommend if you want something effective without paying clinic-level prices.

Works well and the wheel is sturdy. Easy to clean and use. It's made of plastic and the needles are sharp.

It gets the job done. Its slick, easy to use, and comfortable to use. Its also easy to clean, I was able to see some hair come back and skin improve.

Easy to use, just clean with pourable alcohol after each use and let air-dry. Not uncomfortable if you’re just gently rolling and not pressing in deep. Comes with really nice, detailed instructions on the inside of the packaging! Do your research on what size needle to get, I use this on my scalp only, not my face, for hair regrowth intents/purposes and have been noticing results. Whether that’s just from this or the other things I’ve been doing is unknown to me, but I’m about it!

Works like a dream! I love using it and immediately notice a difference in my skin. Beware the actives, retinoids, etc. that can and cannot be used with a microneedle.

Works very well for a great price.

It hurts like hell idk what to use it for i tried to do it on my scalp ripped my hair out tried over stretch marks left scratches everywhere.
