Guitar Strap Lock Black 4 Pairs

Good product -- they do exactly what they're supposed to do. They fit snugly over the wide-flair buttons on my guitars, but not quite as snugly on the old-style round buttons on my old acoustic. Even on the acoustic, though, the strap stays on nice'n'tight. I could probably pull the strap off if I tried, but it's perfectly safe for normal usage.Product request -- make some half-thickness strap locks, please. I have a strap/button combo that would be well served by a thicker strap lock -- I'd use one regular + one thin (or, you could make a strap lock that's 50% thicker than these). Thanks.

This item didn’t work with every guitar I own...worked well on my MIM Fender Telecaster because the stap buttons have shape/wide rims...but didn’t work on other strap buttons that were more rounded...I could easily pull the strap off of those...I returned this item...

Bought these for my sons bass because the strap kept falling off when he played. They worked perfect and he no longer has to worry about this!

What could be better than sliced bread? These simple little dealies perform brilliantly.

These are made from rubber so brittle that three of them just snapped in half while I was trying to install them on a Gibson strap button before I gave up in disgust. Better to go for the Fender ones.

Simple product that does a simple job. Fairly easy to install with a little force, very hard to remove... which is the whole point! I've used them on all three of my guitars, including a particularly heavy electric, and they've kept my straps secure even when moving around. Recommended.

Good value for piece of mind though if you try to remove them the do break. Also they sit right up against the screw which causes a little wind unwinding but...they won't let you down. Have a screw driver available to tighten strap screws once locked.

They work perfectly; the straps no longer fall off the electric and bass guitars. They need to be screwed in, so if you want something that lets you remove the strap quickly you'll need a different product. Otherwise these rubbery washers (effectively) are great.

Good value compared to some. Quite a tight fit on my Telecaster strap buttons but great when on. Also had no problems on Les Paul, ES355 or Jaguar. I like these rubber strap locks because they hold the ends of your strap in place and stop it twisting up.

3 of them broke before I managed to get the first one on. Another 2 broke before I got the second on. At this rate, I'd need a 12-pack if I ever want to adjust my strap. And no, I was stretching them violently or anything, and I'm in a warm environment, with standard strap posts on my guitar. Strap locks are always tough to get on the first time (that's the point), but they are usually built with the elasticity needed. These aren't.

I have given up on Schaller strap locks the buttons rattle loose on the guitar and the lock on the strap also rattle loose.These do the job for less money and don’t come loose

Does the job well but seem expensive for a few little bits of rubber.I haven't found them to be brittle as other reviewers have stated.

Used these instead of the lock type as they are more discrete and they work a treat. Very snug fit which is what you want on an expensive guitar.

Guitar locks didn't turn up, in its place was a grandad coaster for a teacup... really frustrated

Simple, cheap and extremely effective locks - tried the more elaborate options first which broke ! Tried this and how much simpler can they be to fit - highly recommended !
