BrickFix Masonry Crack Repair Kit 6mm (Wall Stitching Kit)

I used this product to prevent a minor crack in a high garden retaining wall getting any worse. The crack was brought on by the force of tree roots which I removed a couple of years ago. Re-pointing alone didn't stop the crack from reappearing, albeit minor at this stage I didnt want to wait to see if it got any worse. I made a start before reciving the kit and ground out too many courses of motar than needed. I just used the equipment provided to repoint those not required. I liked the fact that the kit had everything I needed and the equipment was very good quality. I struggled getting the both the bond matereal and motar for repointing into the washable tubes and made quite a mess. Once in, it was very easy to use and worked well.

Good piece of kit that does the job. The applicator for the grout needs a bit of work though as after a few applications, the tube splits

Fast delivery from the seller. If you are looking for this kind of kit you know what it does and what its for. Does the job required of it pretty well. The applicator for the cement could be better - a lot gets backed up behind the plunger. We only ended up fitting 8 of the 10 rods but ran out of cement, so could've probably done with a bit more.Overall though pretty good and really good value for money compared to some alternatives.
