The directions are vague at best . The video is ok not as clear as I would have hoped. The microphone does do a good job picking up sounds.

Not working. There is only pictures or audio. No video. I’ve requested a return, I’ve received a label, it doesn’t say on my end what carrier I’m supposed to go to to return, I’ve tried to buy a new label at post office, the address provided by seller is in Chinese and when I translate to English it doesn’t make sense, I can’t even find it on google maps. There is no support whatsoever from Amazon

seller sent me an unreadable return slip, and wants me to pay for it for a thing that does not work. i donot know where to send this back to post office does not read chinese will not buy from this seller anymore, guess i have to eat it

after charging ..... it doesn't turn on. try to return it but i have to send it back to CHINA ..... Not good. it cost as much as the watch. VERY BAD

Stopped working on me one week after I received it. Video quality is poor. Aiming for video was a crap shoot. Please do not buy this product.
