Updating: have been using this for a few weeks. No noticeable difference in how I feel. Even though I don’t feel a change, does not mean that there are no benefits. 1. Easy to use. 2. Self cleaning mode running once a month. 3. 110 - 220V, 50/60Hz. If you are looking to buy this type of product, I recommend this one for ease of use, self cleaning mode, 2 hydrogen settings, large capacity water container so I can make the hydrogen water for my wife and for me at the same time. Plus auto shut-off.Went on line and found a few english speaking videos how to use. So here we go.1. Use filtered tap water or filtered drinking water. Do not use unfiltered tap water.2. Fill the V8 (thats the name of the machine) with filtered water. Plug in the V8. Press the "smart cleaning" button and let the V8, do an initial cleaning. Aftere my first clean , the water had a fishy sulfer smell. I refreshed the water, repeated the cleaning and did htis a 3rd time as well. Thereafter the water and taste was fine.3, THen you have two hydration options called standard hydration and high hydration. THe difference is the length of time the V8 runs and is it appears to infurs higher levels of hydrogen intot he water (observed more unfusion of bubbes).4 Once completed, (auto off), drink the water as soon as possible. Based on what I've read the usefull life is from 5 to 20 minutes. If you refrigerate the hydrogenized water could be for about 2 hours.I did several testes using PH and Alkaline test strips and found a slight color difference between filtered tap water and uusing the V* in HIIGH mode. I also saw several videos that showed that the Ph rose to between 700 / 800.If inded the water becomes hydranated, I should see an improvement in how I feel within a month from beginning today. I'll try to report back in about one month. Most reviews of the previous model before the V8, were very positive.Received an answer from the shipper to my questionbelow The V8 is rated 110 / 220V and 50 / 60 HZ. THis is excellent.Just received my machine called the V8. The V8 box says 110V / 50HZ. The power supply label on the bottom of the V8 says 220V / 50 Hz. The pamphlet / instructions says that the machine is (handwritten) 110V - 220V (typed). The same with 50 / 60 HZ. I live in an area that needs 220V / 50HZ.So what exactly are the power specifications? Seems to be 110 / 220 V and 50 / 60 Hz????The glass container and bottom section are one piece.Unfortunately, the user instructions are very poorly written. Almost not understandable.The prior generation machine had very good reviews. I'm counting on the same and even better results with this new generation V8.

I like the first Byding water generator so much because of ease of use. Byding is made in China and is not the quality of a Japaneese manificature Hydrogen generators, but it is affordable. My first Byding water generator lasted about a year. I was using the generator with well water, that had alot of minerals. The generator started smell bad after many uses so i tossed in the garbage. But the new update model of Byding generator works nicely and we will see how long it lasts. I need to puchase a Hydrogen tester to see what kind of PPM of Hydrogen I get out of the gennerator. (note: I also drink Ozone water also)

I like the fact that it does change the alkalinity of water by up to a factor of 9, and does add PPM of hydrogen. Easy to use and easy to clean. My wife and I both drink water from it and enjoy using it. Our dog does not appear to like the water as well as us. I feel it does hydrate better than regular water, and my wife claims to have less acid reflux since drinking it. Recommend it.

I was excited to get and use this product. Unfortunately as soon as I unboxed it , I filled it then tried to plug it in . It was very difficult to seat the plug into the back . I tried gentle, then a little more , … well eventually the reciprocal prongs retreated inside the machine never to be used to power this machine. I’m disappointed

The item was tossed on my porch making quite a bang. Hope it works. It seems to be working but the plug is a bit of a loose connection so I am going to leave it plugged in. Will be checking it with a tester. I like that it has a cleaning function. Some more detailed instructions would also be nice. (like what kind of water to use) A few lines mention not to use distilled or "clean" water. Is there any other kind? LOL!
