This stuff is amazing. It is absolutely delicious. It is raw, organic, has only 4 ingredients. Coconut butter is a great, healthy source of fat, also good for thyroid and many other things. 4g of sugar per serving - so not a lot. Spread it on bread, add to morning oatmeal or just eat it out of jar - I think it’s awesome for both adults and kids.

So disappointed. I love this stuff and received today and it is BEST BY 4/22/21. Today 5/1 and it is already expiring? What the heck. I tried to return or exchange and of course it will not let me do that. I will put this on my list of not buying from again for anything. Beware

An awesome product. Very tasty, quite low in sugar. Over time the coconut will separate out a bit at the top, but no problem--just mix it back in.

I like the product, however the one delivered from Amazon was melted and unusable. They will not accept returns on food even when delivered in poor condition. Buy it elsewhere.

This was advertised to be creamy, unlike other coconut spreads, this is a lie. It is hard as a rock, dry and flaky. Waste of $20 and not what I was expecting or looking for.
