Very easy and simple to install and to use! The video was the best part! Now that I have it installed…it works perfectly! Quick release and secure…very comfortable. I enjoyed it so well, I bought another one for my girlfriend!

Make sure you don't accidentally buy the muchcheaper set of 3 like I almost did lol, because theones I was about to buy are for something like1/2 wide straps, when our std adult series strapsI believe are about 1''. I was hoping for thelight weight plastic, straps, these are prettyheavy being steel, now that I have them onand have been using the helmet , it isn'tsomething I notice, and maybe betterthan plastic regardless. :shrugs:The associated video instruction wasvery good, and install was easy exceptfor having to fiddle and drop the veryshort screw that holds it all together,the length of the screw should be atthe very least, twice the length thatit is. I used blue locktite on the screwas I wasn't confident that it would noteventually back out and disappear.I attached a looped zip tye to theend of the pull strap that releasesthe latch for easy finding, even withgloves on, when I'm wanting to take offmy helmet quickly.

I absolutely love these quick release helmets buckles I have them on everyone of my helmets that didn't come with the quick release the work great and seams to made good so far so good my son was in a really bad motorcycle crash and flew about 20 feet down landed in a creek on rocks and the buckle held up perfectly I do recommend this if you hate undoing the time consuming helmet buckles

I like the idea that it’s quick and it’s easy but I kind of am skeptical of the safety because I did some research and couldn’t find anybody that’s crashed with One yet but so far so good. The only bad part I would say about it is the strap tends to loosen and you have to re-tighten it, but installation was easy. However, I appreciate the convenience it offers, especially when I'm in a hurry. The design is also quite sleek, which is a bonus. Overall, despite the minor issues, I think it serves its purpose well and I would recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free option.

My old busted up fingers don't like threading my helmet strap through the rings anymore so after researching a couple of different models and brands I chose this quick disconnect kit. I'm quite happy with it. A couple of pro tips though: (1)The printed directions didn't work for me. Basic pictures... maybe it's just me. I used the video that's on the item page. Worked quite a bit better. (2)The little itty bitty screw that hold the whole thing together is just that, a little itty bitty screw. Either a magnetic screwdriver or one with a gripper attachment could really come in handy. I didn't have much faith in it. It doesn't have many threads nor was I confident in not over torquing it, so I put a drop of locktite on it. Less worry of the screw falling out while going down the road.The whole kit feels great. Solid and dependable. I have zero concerns with it going forward.

Sure makes the helmet on/off very user friendly. I was a little skeptical of the overall looks and use of this, but that is all gone. If I get a new helmet without the quick attach, this will go on it. Ok, so far it lasted 10 days until the little screw came loose, fell off and the whole quick release came off the buckle side and fell on rhe ground when I tried to put my helmet on. Good make, but bad screw setup. Ok update. I removed the sceew and put in a nail I added a video so you can see. It works now. The sex nut setup is in need of a revamp/rework. I bet I am not the only one who has had this problem. Price is good, but if it only lasts for ten days, kinda makes a rider question the buy. Just saying.

I was a little apprehensive to buy this with some of the reviews that it comes unfastened. I installed for the instructions. Had no problems. It did not release with pulling on it. I got my meter out and I put 45 lb of pressure on it and it did not release. I'm not sure the people that left reviews had defective product or installed incorrectly, but mine is perfect on a Shoei RF SR helmet. THIS IS THE SECOND ITEM THAT I BOUGHT TO REPLACE THE D-RINGS WITH RATCHET TYPE FASTENERS THE OTHER ONE WAS GARBAGE. THIS ONE WAS 45 LB OF FULL STRENGTH I DON'T SEE HOW THIS ONE IS GOING TO JUST COME APART. WHEN YOU PUT THE SCREW IN WHEN YOU PUT THE SHAFT THROUGH THE STRAP BY THE D-RINGS YOU MIGHT WANT TO PUT A LITTLE BIT OF THREAD LOCK ON THERE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT DOES NOT COME UNDONE THAT'S THE ONLY WEAK LINK THAT I FOUND THAT SINCE YOU CANNOT TIGHTEN IT THAT MUCH THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SCREW HAS THREAD LOCKER ON IT OTHER THAN THAT I'M SO GLAD THAT I CAN USE THIS STRAP ON MY HELMET AND NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE D-RINGS.

Forget the plastic quick release helmet buckles. I've used 4 or 5 different types, only one with long term success. This is however, the most solid, well made quick release add on I have encountered. With the fabric tab on the release handle you can easily remove the helmet with gloves on.I think it is definitely worth the money and time waiting for shipping.
