Working sleep aid.
Met all my expectations. Did not feel groggy or sluggish, felt refreshed.

Great sleep aid and you don’t have to swallow it (good for people with dysphasia or who don’t enjoy downing pills). It takes about an hour to kick in for me. The taste is okay, kinda like this smarties or bracelet candies you had as a kid, a little tarte. After a few months or in high humidity it may change color but they’re still effective.

I used to go through a lot of sleep gummies but I like the melts better. And I really like that they’re sugar free. I keep them bedside all the time. I have a couple prescriptions but I don’t like to use them too often. These are a good backup.

These are the best melts. They don't give you the "hangover' feeling the next morning. I normally have issues falling asleep and turning my brain off but don't with these.
