Ultimate Mounts Large Cantilever Pull Out TV Bracket for up to 80 inch Plasma/LED/Curved TVs

Used this to mount a 75 inch 52 kilo TV to the wall. Got it installed by a Sony professional. The mount itself weights another 10 kilos almost, making for 60 kilos load in total. The base plate against the wall is 25 cm high, and the mount extends to about 50 cm, so I reckon total load on top of the wall is about 120 kilos.The plate to fix against the wall is taking most of the weight of the mount and is very sturdy. It supplies 6 strong anchors for the wall plate and 6 good screws. It has 9 holes in total top and bottom so I added my own and secured the top bit with 9 screws in total, and that seems made to last.My problem with this mount is1) It bends. I worked out my viewing height (80 cm). I worked out the distance to the TV. And then the strongest angle (-12 degrees) indicated on the mount. And arrived at the height to mount the TV.Yet the mount, at setting -2 degrees, is already at +11 degree tilt angel - e.g. I am getting instead of -2 to +12 as indicated +11 to +23, because the whole mount is bending under the weight. Most of this is happening in the arm.First of all, this shouldn't be happening. Secondly, if it does happen, would have been nice to know, because I would have mounted it higher.2) The VESA mounting screws are a joke. The screws against the wall are rock solid ( 6 x 50 kg load or so for 300 kg load). The wall is rock solid (Brick). The base plate is rock solid (Heavy duty steal). The arm is solid enough (bends, but still all one strong piece). And then come the screws. For a small TV, you can fix the TV to the TV plate. For a large TV, e.g. vesa 300x400, you need to use the extensions seen in the picture. The vertical arms attach to the TV with the TV mount and solid larger metal screws, directly in the TV (very solid). And then those vertical arms get attached to the horizontal arms with some piddly tiny screws. And the horizontal bars get attached to the TV plate again with some piddly tiny screws. I am talking about tiny tiny tiny. Didn't take a picture but I have attached some similar screws.And now I have this enormous TV weight mounted on those screws.Surely can't be right.

Hung a 50 inch tv on this. Really strong bracket which comes with various bolts and washers. A plate is fixed to the tv which is bolted to the wall bracket. Bolts seemed small for this but seems fine. Instructions poor

Blown away as Curry’s were selling more expensive ones, which were more flimsy!This thing is cheaper AND solid AND moveable. It’s a no brainer! If you’re looking for a wall mount for your TV, this is the one.Easy to install, easy to use. Looks great.

Brilliant, love it, strong, sturdy, very useful having it move whilst on wall to access cables etc. The only ONE thing.... the bit that goes on the back of the TV. On my LG TV it covers the bottom slots for HDMI etc so can not access, I can access the one on the side of the tv but lost alot of access, however a hdmi splitter should sort it. Small price to pay for having the TV on the wall and needing to HDMI slots.

Great bracket, easy to install and lots of extra screws. Very easy to adapt and flexible with lots of different TV brands.
