Useless not working at all we choose is because it good brand but unfortunately not working properly

Writing review after a month of use. I was very much confused before choosing electric pump. I already have a luvLap manual pump which does the job but you will need to put in a lot of effort. Also I didn’t like the quality much so didn’t go for LuvLap electric. Philips didn’t have flange issue and does the job neatly. Cleaning and assembly is also easy. Not much motor disturbance. If thinking of buying electric pump i think this the best option. No issues till now. Only disappointment is, they don’t provide nipple for the bottle that comes with it so we need buy it separately.

Extremely Disappointed, Product Failed Within One Month and Poor After Sales Support I purchased the Philips Avent Breast Pump expecting reliability from a reputed brand like Philips. Unfortunately, the product developed a suction related issue within just one month of normal use. The bigger disappointment has been Philips' after sales service. I have raised multiple complaints and exchanged several emails with customer care. Every time, I receive the same assurance that someone will contact me or resolve the issue, but very little action happens on the ground. This is not just an inconvenience. A breast pump is an essential product for feeding an infant. Due to the product failure and prolonged delays in support, our family has faced unnecessary stress during a critical period. I expected much better from a global brand like Philips. A product that fails within a month and a customer support system that repeatedly makes promises without delivering has left me extremely disappointed.

My Philips Avent Single Electric Breast Pump is only about 1.5 months old. The motor turns on but there is no suction. Moisture is entering the tube and milk is collecting inside the pump connector. I raised a complaint that I need urgent warranty support or replacement. I have already contacted Philips customer support, but I have not received any technician visit or resolution yet. My baby is dependent on breast milk, and this issue is affecting feeding. I requested urgent assistance with a replacement, repair, or escalation of this issue under warranty but no response in return. Zero customer support from philips please don’t buy.
