Tastes lovely I am very impressed and I need to improve my potassium so this is perfect for me. Tastes mild, not zesty, very refreshing but I would like a more intense flavour but I got this for the high amount of potassium

I follow Dr. breg's YouTube channel and really like the the content. In regards to this item All good. The only thing I would like to add is too sweet. If you could decrease the sweetness a bit. Maybe.

An excellent product. My only criticism is that it taste too sweet (for me). N.B. I am a ketovore.

Just started using this, tastes nice and easily soluble in water. will see how effective it is with use. I like that it comes with own measuring spoon.

I like that this electrolyte powder contains no added sugar and provides a high amount of potassium. The ingredients seem well thought out, and it does help with hydration. However, I found it doesn't mix as easily as I'd expected. Even after stirring or shaking for a while, there are often lumps left behind, which isn't ideal. My bigger concern is the price. After trying other electrolyte powders that cost roughly half as much, I didn't notice enough of a difference in results to justify the premium cost. Overall, it's a decent product, but the mixing could be improved and the price feels too high for what you get. If it were closer to half the current price, I would be much more likely to purchase it again.

I still have some challenges but I am much healthier now that I am on a keto diet and implementing Dr Bergs teachings. This drink is one of the many products I have bought from Dr Berg because I trust him. It is delicious and gives me plenty of energy while I work from home. I’ve read some reviews of people saying it’s lumpy. I found that giving it a vigorous stir got rid of the lumps very easily. Anyone having this problem can try that. Or you can use one of those handheld milk spinner things.
