I’m 5’11”/195 and the XL fits me well, you probably want to go with an XXL.

I weigh in the 170s am 5-8. MIne's a large and is "slightly" tight to get into. It's made for a person 164-174 CM (5-4 to5-9). Hope this helps. Otherwise, are nice for the work I wear them.
