يشتغل على كل السيارات تقريباً
من المهم تعرف انه الجهاز هذا يشتغل معاك سنه مجانا وبعد سنه لازم تدفع اشتراك لبرامج السيارات سعره بين ٥٠ الى ٦٠ دولار يشتغل على اغلب السيارات وتقدر تفحص اشياء كثيره بالسياره لاكن عيبه ما يتعرف على بعض السيارات الصينيه مثل شانجان وبعض السيارات الحديثه من شركات ثانيه مو مباشره يشتغل تحتاج تختار السياره بشكل يدوي واحيانا لازم تنتظر تحديث من الشركه عشان ينزلون السوفتوير حق السياره لاكن نادر ما تحصل

Terrible Customer Support
Very disappointed with Customer Support. I just renewed for one year for one model and it is not working. Have been e-mailing CS and they keep telling me I have to pay for ALL SYSTEMS for the Unit to work. That’s not true, I only want and paid for one Model and they have completely stopped responding on ANY of their listed contacts. Very disappointing so of course I will never buy Kingbolen again.

Very handy feature-rich tool
This is my third OBD reader from Kingbolen. My others have been the CRP series and I found those to be quality tools. I was looking for something more portable that I can just keep in my glove box. I found the eDiag to be a good addition for diagnostics on the road. I used it successfully on my 2016 Range Rover TD6. It cleared some old codes and I went ahead and used it to bleed my ABS. In the past I used an AUTEL for that job but this little gizmo did just fine. For that job, I paired it with my iPhone mini13 with no issues. For my Lexus GX460, the application was a little buggy with my mini13 but when I used my iPhone 14, I had no issues. I did reach out to Kingbolen and they bent over backwards to find a solution. As it is, the mini13 is a troublesome phone so there’s the culprit. Overall, very happy. I do realize Kingbolen charges for an annual subscription if you want to keep the most up-to-date. I think it’s $49. Seems a wee steep to me and I’m not actually sure an update is needed unless I am adding a newer vehicle to garage. Anyway, not a deal killer for me. Happy purchaser.
