Genuinely it is super comfortable, I am 21 it's my first experience, before I never use any menstural cup, as a beginner, I can assure you it is worth buying, trust me, after wearing the cup it's about 3 to 4 hour I feel like something stuck in my body, but after that, I really don't feel that I have inserted something, it is totally painless,, you can go through the manual book which is provided with it, Now it's my 2nd day of period, I only feel cramps in my body due to periods which usually happens during the periods time, without it I don't feel like somethinh wet or smell like common pads, although, if you are beginner go for it, trust me it's worth buying,,,
