The item is good. Spray sparingly at first because it’s strong with a very firm hold. Get to know it otherwise you may find yourself unable to comb through easily. I have fine hair that needs spray but I have to be aware of still being able to brush it out without breaking more off. So the product was ok and the packaging thorough, lots of bubble wrap, but quite ineffective because the lid cap arrived smashed in. It was exceptionally well wrapped so if others have had this happen I suggest the fault might be in the grade of plastic used for the lid. Because if the broken lid I can only give 4 stars though as a product it deserves 5*. But well done for trying hard with the packaging. It was expensive from this seller and since then I’ve seen it for about £6 or so less on Amazon. Shop around.

Initially I had issues receiving the product as the seller chose a courier service (UPS) instead of Postal Service and they attempt only one delivery so I had to call and call to rescheduled a second delivery. The product itself is the best I have seem. I have curly thin hair and have tried many products and none worked as good. This product indeed has a super hold and without much damaging the hair. Once you wash it out them your hair is as good as before but it will hold your hair in most humid and windiest days. I hope that they don't discontinue this product as some really good products are on the market a short time. I may decide to mass purchase though.

lol, I’m so foreal. I recently started using Chi products early this summer and I’m so mad at my self for just now starting. Like you’ll have to drag me away from Chi products and even then I’ll crawl back to grab my Chi products and run of. Lmao , my hair seems to just love Chi, from the Silk , to the moisture therapy. I have never seen my hair this glossy and just vibrant and looking Luxe as it’s been with Chi products. & trust me.. I’ve tried alot of products , my mom actually used to own a beauty supply so . Yeah that’ll tell you. Anyways this helmet spray is literally how I keep my baby hairs soooo sleek looking and unmoveable for hours. I use a really good baby hair product from a diff company that literally holds and slicks my baby hair down like no other, but no matter what after about an hour or so . Even though it stilll looks good and heald down, my hair still curls up a bit and doesn’t look so sleep and polished as when first done. So I decided to spray this over my baby hairs after and letting it fan dry. And babyyyy!! Let me just tell you .. GAME CHANGER. It left my hair with that slick look up until the next day. And mind you. I fell asleep accidentally so I forgot to wrap my hair for the first 2-3 hours I fell asleep. And I woke up looked in the mirror and my baby hairs were still slicked!! Even hours after waking up, the only thing is it did leave a bit of a white residue in some patches but I believe that was on me. I actually think I used way more than needed. And that only came about when I woke up but throughout the night there was no residue. But I sprayed oil sheen & put a dab of Argan oil & Chi silk therapy over them that afternoon to refresh my pattern and that took away the white risidue patches , and I was able to move it around . I had my hair going to one side so it was only applied on that side, in the afternoon , I noticed my baby hair was much slicker on that side than the other side . & lasted much longer It didn’t weight my hair down though, at all and still left it feeling soft, just pasted on lol, I even used it on my bumped /flipped bangs, and though that sort of fell out once I went outside in wet rainy weather. It still kept the volume of the bump and the flip, my hair just frizzed up. So that’s what really ruined it. But this hold is impeccable Cause I was dancing for about a hour and half before going outside, And it didn’t leave my hair stiff at all. It was still bouncy and flowy.ill just have to experiment a little with how much I can get away with and just basically my perfect dosage so to say. But I’m really excited and happy with this helmet head spray. Not to mention it’s a really big /tall bottle, so it seems like this will lassstttt me!! It did made it feel a bit dry though that morning but nothing the silk therapy couldn’t fix. Yeah I’m never getting away for Chi lol ,

Great stuff!!! I had to putmy daughters very short hair into a bun wig for dance. Her hair around the sides and back is only 1 to 2 inches long. Helmet head and some bobby pins kept it all going in the right direction . Super strong and yet not sticky. A little pricey, but really worth it! She's in the centre of the shot....youd never guess her hair is so short!
