Unfortunately, the electrical outlet is to the right of my fireplace, and my couch is to the left of my fireplace. I need to be able to plug my phone in while I am working on my couch. The solution I devised uses this item and some sticky-backed clips that keep the long cord in place along the floor. As an added benefit, I really like the generous choice of outlets. There are four USB C's and two USB A's, and four traditional outlets. This is a very good price for a very useful product. Normally It lives under the couch but I pulled it out for a photo.

I like that this is a surge protector as well as a power strip. I’m using it on my nightstand to charge my devices at night. The cord it comes with is long enough for my needs and is weighty so that it doesn’t pull the power strip into a strange position as I lay it on the table. It’s great that it has C- ports as well USB ports and AC outlets. This makes it very versatile. I can charge whatever I need to charge using this search protector/power strip. This is a perfect charging hub for me.

Perfect foe my needs! I recently learned about 20-30% of my electric use comes from plugged in devices and I was really awakened and annoyed by all that waste! Instead of having to unplug all my devices, I'll use this as a home base of sorts and flip the switch off when the device is not in use thereby saving 20-30% of my electric use! I plan to buy a bunch more of these for around the house and for larger appliances i.e the TV, keurig etc.Why is AMERICA so behind in technology?? In the UK, all the outlets have a switch just above the plate to turn the electric off to that outlet. Oh America...we still have yet so far to go 🤦🏻‍♀️ This will do until we figure that out lol!! (Or I move back to the UK 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I bought 2 of these for my son to take to college. They are so great that I bought a couple for my house. So convenient to have extra USB and USB C ports right on the power strip as I hate dealing with cubes. The design is pretty good, it lays nice and flat on my son's desk. I have another power strip that has 6 outlets, but has 2 on the top and 2 on each side, I will be replacing it soon with this one as I don't like the way that one lies on my desk. The cord is a decent length, for our uses. These are easy to mount if you choose to mount them next to your desk or on a wall next to your couch, chair or bed.
